Connected & Free was designed for you to create powerful momentum to inspire you forward on your self understanding & healing journey.
Enjoy practicing the healing modalities of traditional breathwork and yoga in a fun and loving online community. Each week we will be exploring a variety of practices, such as, meditation, seated pranayama, asana, therapeutic breathwork and energy cultivation.
Explore what it means and how it feels to free yourself from the limitations that hold you back. Explore what it means to connect with your whole self, to the moment, and to feel safe & alive in your body. Awaken & get to know your body’s natural wisdom & vitality.

Focusing in on a different theme each week:
Week 1 : Harmonizing the body
Week 2 : Activating & opening the heart
Week 3 : Boosting immunity & life force
Week 4 : Restoration & repair
With therapeutic & loving guidance Lauren will guide you to breathe, move, rest and release. Let go of limitations and connect to the expanse of your intuition and spirit.
Each week we will gather twice for practice via Zoom. All practices will be recorded and emailed same day for those who are unable to attend the live class.
