Here’s how it works!
A 4-week YOGA, PRANAYAMA, SELF CARE Intensive
October 10th – November 6th
Wednesday & Friday @ 7:00am (1.5 hours)
Sunday @ 8:00am (2 hours)
3 online gatherings per week via Zoom in a fun, light hearted, and loving setting (all sessions will be up for the duration of the month for those that are unable to make a live class)
An informational booklet outlining the practices, techniques, and philosophy for you to reflect on during & after we complete our time together (keeping a journal for personal notes is encouraged)
Unlimited online support throughout the month
Guidance through Hatha & Vinyasa practices 3x a week, including posture alignment breakdowns, benefits, and foundational anatomy; to help you explore cultivating your own personal practice.
Guided meditations, pranayama & breathwork techniques as well as a wide variety of self care tools to explore a practice that goes beyond the asana.
In depth discussion about the ethics and principles of yoga and what it means to apply them to our everyday lives.
Yoga & Sanhkya Philosophy discussions with the intention of helping you dive deeper into your own personal experience.
A time of encouraged self reflection, heart sharing, personal growth, and loving com-munity.

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve been blessed to work with many skilled teachers, healers, bodyworkers, and yogis from around the world. This has helped me cultivate a dedicated practice for many years that allows me to live in connection with nature, spirit, & the virtue of the breath & yoga.
